Loves nature, animals, sports, outdoor activities.dislikes unnatural or make up. used to be a fat baby, lost weight during teenage to mid 20s.
Used to be very active, cycle, run ,swim or gym daily, play most sports, particularly love martial arts ,dance.
Fractured my spine in 2012 and gained about 50kg , almost double my weight for that year .
From 2018 finally can resume vigorous exercise and lost some weight but never back to my teenage weight .
After that my weight keep yoyo up or down within a 10-20 kg range from 2018 to 2023.
Time to resume healthy lifestyle,keep fit while enjoying life as I grow older.
My body weight tends to yoyo 🪀 easily if I don’t diet or exercise. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
