ジムでワークアウトをする毎にセルフィを載せます。一部セルフィ禁止のジムではその前後どちらかで何らかの画像を撮り載せます。また新しいトレーニンググッズなどを購入したらご報告します。(基本的にはTwitterに載せている画像と同じです。)

Every time I do a workout at the gym, I post a selfie. Some selfie-prohibited gyms post pictures either before or after the workout. Also, I will let you know if I buy any new training items. (Basically, the images are the same as those posted on Twitter.).
