My place of Calm and Mental Serenity lies in the action of pushing my bodies strength and endurance past the point of thought and into the ocean of neurological pleasure. My lifestyle since my preteens. I do not have off seasons, I live/eat what makes me feel good. If I compete, the Strongmans Sport has been my desire. I don't stand on stage. My personal lifting, athletic endeavor’s are to support strength, agility, power, explosion, endurance. My eating lifestyle support my recovery and energy. My eating is not a “diet”. Social media plan for 2023 promoting my multi levels of my Personal Training, Personal Foods, my proprietary Food Prep services. Nov 2022 has confirmed that I have 3rd stage breast cancer. I have lost 25lbs in the last 5 weeks do to temp loss of gym time. 2nd wk of December I started on 20 wks of chemo to surgery to post. I will be battling side effects, It is my intent to do my best to overcome discomfort and get my daily cardio/training/foods in, continue my agenda.
